YANG LEADS AT CHEVRON WORLD CHALLENGE, DAY 2


Thousand Oaks, CA (Sports Network) - PGA Champion
Y.E. Yang fired a seven- under 65 Friday to grab a two-stroke lead after two rounds of the Chevron World Challenge.

Yang, who won twice on the PGA Tour this season, completed 36 holes at nine- under-par 135.

Kenny Perry also fired a 65 to climb into second place at minus-seven. He was joined there by three-time major champion Padraig Harrington (68) and first- round co-leader Ian Poulter (69).

Sean O'Hair and Lee Westwood, who were paired together in round two, both posted five-under 67s, while Zach Johnson, who shared the first-round lead with Poulter, shot a two-under 70. O'Hair, Westwood and Johnson are tied for fifth at six-under-par 138 at Sherwood Country Club
